What A2TK is

A methodology made usable.

A2TK turns a structured approach to training into a simple digital journey for young athletes.

Programs, session guidance, progress, goals and reflection are brought together in one application—helping the athlete understand what to do, why it matters and how their work is developing.

The why

Purposeful training, made easier to follow.

Young athletes deserve a method that builds understanding as well as ability. A2TK was created to make structured training easier to follow without making it feel clinical, complicated or designed for adults.

The vision

Strong foundations for every stage.

The vision is to help young athletes build positive training habits, confidence and a solid foundation they can carry into every stage of their sporting journey.

The focus

All About The Kids.

The young athlete stays at the centre. The methodology is progressive and kid-friendly, while parents and coaches remain important people in their corner.

The development foundation

Four phases. One clear progression.

Development starts with consistency and an aerobic base, then adds intensity in deliberate phases. Each phase prepares the athlete for what comes next instead of treating every session as a separate event.

  1. 01

    Aerobic improvement

Build consistency, efficient movement and an aerobic base that supports the training still to come.

  2. 02

    Threshold development

Develop the ability to sustain stronger, controlled efforts through a clear and progressive training block.

  3. 03

    VO₂ optimisation

Introduce focused work that develops higher-end aerobic capacity while keeping the overall journey structured.

  4. 04

    Interval breakthrough & taper

Sharpen pace through targeted intervals, then reduce the load through a considered taper ahead of the next goal.

Built into the application

Methodology first. Application simple. Athlete centred.

The application keeps the structure clear and the journey visible, bringing training, progress and goals together around the young athlete.
