Contact enquiries

We collect only what you choose to send.

The Contact form may collect your selected audience and enquiry type, email address, optional name and organisation, message, consent response and technical anti-spam data. Netlify processes and stores the submission so A2TK can read and respond to it.

A2TK uses this information only to assess and respond to the enquiry, including an expression of interest in brand endorsement. It is not a media-upload form. Do not send health information, school or location details, passwords, payment information, or personal information about another person.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should submit the enquiry with you and act as the contact person. A2TK will not knowingly use a child’s identifiable media without a separate, specific guardian consent and release process and the child’s agreement.

Access and choices

Ask about, correct or withdraw your enquiry.

Use the Contact form and choose “General enquiry” to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you previously submitted. Include only enough information for A2TK to identify the submission. A2TK may retain limited records where reasonably required for security, legal obligations or dispute management.

A2TK does not sell contact-form information. Information may be accessible to service providers needed to operate the website and form, subject to their own security and processing arrangements.

Protecting people in A2TK imagery

Unless identified otherwise, images of children and young athletes on this website are AI-generated and do not depict real A2TK athletes. A2TK uses synthetic imagery to reduce the need to publish identifiable images of minors and to help protect the privacy, dignity and image or likeness rights of real people.

Any third-party names, logos or trade marks that may appear incidentally on sportswear, footwear or equipment remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance provides visual context only and does not indicate sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation with A2TK.
