Represent A2TK
Brand endorsement conditions.
A child-safe framework for athletes and coaches who may be invited to create content with A2TK.
Pre-launch conditions
Registration is an expression of interest—not acceptance into the program.
A2TK will confirm any selection, content brief, benefits and release documents in writing. These conditions are drafted for Australian operation and must receive final legal review before the program publicly opens.
1 · Who can take part
Athletes, parents and coaches who share the purpose of A2TK.
Adults may register their own interest. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian register with them, manage communications and sign the required consent and release documents. A2TK will not privately message a child or ask a child to operate a social media account.
A young person’s own agreement matters as well. They may say no, pause or withdraw even where a guardian has consented. Selection remains at A2TK’s discretion and is subject to safety, suitability and availability.
2 · Content A2TK may request
Useful, positive and age-appropriate training content.
- Warm-up skills, mobility and movement preparation.
- Running drills, rhythm, coordination and technique.
- Training tips that are suitable for the participant’s age and experience.
- Positive habits, effort, confidence and progress reflections.
- Coach-led demonstrations or explanations that stay within the coach’s qualifications.
A brief may ask a participant to wear supplied or approved A2TK clothing. Content must not include unapproved third-party logos, copyrighted music, other identifiable people without releases, medical advice, unsafe challenges or guaranteed performance claims.
3 · Safety and privacy for under-18s
Guardian involvement is mandatory; appearing on camera is not.
- A parent or guardian must supervise the recording and be A2TK’s contact person.
- The child and guardian must both understand where the content may appear and agree before recording or publication.
- A parent does not have to appear in the content unless a written production brief specifically requires it.
- Do not reveal a home address, live location, regular route, school details, contact details, passwords, health information or identifying documents.
- Avoid visible school uniforms, house numbers, vehicle registrations and location metadata.
- Obtain permission from the venue, club or school and separate releases for every other identifiable person.
- Stop immediately if the young person is uncomfortable or if the activity becomes unsafe.
4 · Consent and use of content
No publication without a specific written release.
Before A2TK uses identifiable photos, video, voice, name or social handle, the participant—and the parent or guardian for anyone under 18—must sign a separate release that explains the approved content, channels, purpose, audience, duration, storage and withdrawal process.
The participant keeps ownership of original content. The release may give A2TK a limited, non-exclusive right to publish, crop, caption and format approved content for the stated campaign without materially misrepresenting the participant. A participant may withdraw consent for future use; A2TK will stop new use and remove existing digital content within a reasonable period where practicable, subject to lawful recordkeeping and material already printed or distributed.
5 · Benefits, disclosure and prizes
Every benefit must be clear before participation.
Participants selected for the A2TK endorsement programme will receive a Mystery A2TK Endorsement Gift Pack. Pack contents, timing and delivery details will be confirmed in writing. Selected participants may also be offered early beta access at no charge, reposting or profile exposure, or eligibility for a prize. Registering interest does not guarantee acceptance or payment.
Any public post connected with free access, gifted merchandise, a prize or another benefit must clearly disclose the relationship using plain wording such as “Gifted by A2TK” or “A2TK beta participant”. Participants must give honest opinions and must not make claims A2TK has not approved.
Every prize activity will have separate published rules stating eligibility, dates, judging or draw method, prize description and value, notification and delivery. No prize activity will open until applicable requirements for the participant’s location have been checked. Unless separate rules say otherwise, no purchase will be required.
6 · Conduct and safeguarding
Participation must remain respectful and child-safe.
Content must not sexualise, shame, exploit or pressure a child; encourage overtraining, disordered eating or dangerous behaviour; discriminate; harass; or expose confidential information. A2TK may reject, remove or stop using content and end participation where these standards are not met or where safety, privacy or reputational concerns arise.
7 · Privacy and contact
Register interest without sending media.
The initial form asks only for enough information to understand and respond to the enquiry. Do not attach or send media, school details, location details, health information or information about another child. Read the Privacy Notice before registering.
These conditions may be updated before the program opens. Selected participants will receive the version that applies to their participation and will be asked to accept it expressly.
